Punjab Scholarship 2024

Punjab Scholarship, is a program for students residing in Punjab. The scholarships are available for students studying from 1st standard to post-graduation level. This scholarship is sponsored by Central and State governments, of Punjab, respectively. The selected students can get up to 20000/- Rupees for their education. Selection criteria depend on the specific scholarship. Merit, income, and category-based criteria are common factors.

Attendance Scholarship for the BC EBC and Primary Girl Student in Punjab1. The girl student studying in primary class.
2. The minimum class attendance must be 75%
3. Parents of these children should not be Income taxpayers.
4. They should not exceed more than 5 acres of land.
5. The annual income of the family should be less than 1 Lakh rupees

An applicant can apply the scholarship by visiting Dr. Ambedkar scholarship portal/visiting official website of Punjab Scholarship or through NSP (National Scholarship Portal). The procedure to be followed while applying scholarship is explained step by step.

  • Visit https://scholarships.punjab.gov.in.
  • Click on ‘Student Registration‘ from Student Corner.
  • Once new tab opens, Fill the required details such as Aadhaar Number, Date of Birth, First name, Gender, Religion, Parents name, Annual Income, Mobile number, email Id, Address details, enter captcha etc.
  • Click on ‘Register‘ button.
  • Once registered click on ‘Apply Now‘.
  • A scholarship form will appears on screen.
  • Fill all necessary details accurately.
  • Upload mentioned documents as précised format.
  • Review and click on button labeled as ‘Submit‘.

  • Secondly lick on “Students Payment Status (year)” from home page.
  • An Excel sheet containing payment status information will be appeared on your screen.

Renewal Process for Punjab Scholarship in 2024

  • Step 2: Click on “notification section” for scholarship program updates.

  • Step 4: Upload scanned copies of your most recent qualifying examination’s mark sheet and any other required documents.
  • Step 5: Submit the renewal form and take a printout for future reference.

If the applicant forgets or lost their password, they can recover it easily. Following are the steps to recover the password .

  • Click on login option and then choose the “recover your password” link.
  • Recover password using “application form ID” and “Date of Birth” or using Aadhaar card number.
  • “Reset link” or “A new password” will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS.

Chief Minister Scholarship Scheme

  • Students obtaining 60% to 70% marks in class 10  get 70% fee waiver
