MP Khiladi Protsahan Yojana (MPKPY), is a state-sponsored initiative by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan to encourage and support sports persons. Under this scheme, the government provides one time financial assistance to eligible sports persons, ranging from Rs 5,000 to Rs 50,000. This scheme is open to students, residents of Madhya Pradesh, and dependents (wards) of registered construction workers or skilled sportspersons who are members of the MP Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
MP Khiladi Protsahan Yojana 2024 (MPKPY)
MPKPY (Madhya Pradesh Khiladi Protsahan Yojana) is introduced by the Government of Madhya Pradesh to encourage Sports persons and support them financially. This scheme is only for the sports person domiciled in Madhya Pradesh. It was introduced in 2014, managed by Madhya Pradesh Building and Other Construction Welfare Board.
The main objective of MP Khiladi Protsahan Yojana is to provide financial assistance to construction workers and their families who have extraordinary sports talent. It is a new scheme has been initiated by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan to support labour families of state.

Eligibility Criteria for MP Khiladi Protsahan Yojana 2024
Certain criteria’s must be meet by an applicant who wish to apply for MP Khiladi Protsahan Yojana (MPKPY). An applicant can go through following criteria’s before applying for this scheme.
- An applicant must be at least 15 years old.
- Applicant must be permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh (MP).
- The applicant must be a dependent (ward) of a registered construction worker in Madhya Pradesh.
- Applicant must had medal or trophy in sports competition organized by MPKPY, Madhya Pradesh State Sports Council, or a recognized sports association.
- The applicant bank account must be linked to their Aadhaar number.
MP Khiladi Protsahan Yojana Amount
MP Khiladi Protsahan Yojana gives incentives to skilled players in different categories at the state level. Under which the winners of the sports competition at three levels will get the benefit of incentive money.
- The District-level winners would receive
- Category A: Rs 10,000/-
- Category B: 5,000/-
- The Division-level winners would get
- Category A: Rs 25,000/-
- Category B: 15,000/-
- The State-level winners would receive
- Category A: 50,000/-
- Category B: 30,000/-
MP Khiladi Protsahan Yojana 2024 Application
An applicant can go through following steps to apply for MP Khiladi Protsahan Yojana. The application form can be filled in Offline mode only through Janpad Panchayat and Commissioner/Chief Municipal Officer. No online application process is available for this scheme.
Steps:
- Step 1:
Visit the Chief Executive Officer of District Panchayat or Commissioner/Chief Municipal Officer of the Municipal Body.
- Step 2:
Take Application form for PMKPY to participate in sports competition.
- Step 3:
Enter all the necessary details in application form.
- Step 4:
Attach the required documents as mentioned.
- Step 5:
Submit the application form with necessary documents to Chief Executive Officer of District Panchayat or Commissioner/Chief Municipal Officer of the Municipal Body where you have taken application form.

There is no deadline to apply, which means applicants can apply at any time. However, the application can only be made offline.
